8-Year-Old Boy Brutally Murdered by A Suspected Criminal:

A horrific incident has shaken the Abrepo Asubonteng community in the Bantama constituency of the Ashanti region, leaving residents in shock and grief. An 8-year-old boy, Kwaku, was brutally butchered to death by a suspected madman.

Eyewitnesses report that the madman, believed to be in his 30s, arrived in the community with his family. The victim and his sister were sent to buy a rubber bag and encountered the madman on their return. The sister managed to escape, but Kwaku was caught and mercilessly slaughtered.

Community members attempted to intervene but were intimidated by the madman’s possession of two sharp cutlasses. The police arrived at the scene but were initially unable to contain the situation and temporarily left. Tragically, the delay allowed the madman to commit the heinous crime.

In a shocking turn of events, community members eventually mustered the courage to confront and kill the madman. Both the victim and the perpetrator have been sent to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) morgue.
