Breaking news:40 year old Kwanwoma Assembly member remanded for Two weeks for offensive conduct:

Kwadaso circuit court on Tuesday,4th February 2025 remanded Seth Akwasi Agyapong a steel bender into two weeks Police custody for Offensive conduct,damage and threatened to kill.

 

Seth Agyapong who is also an incumbent assembly member for Kwanwoma Akyeremade electoral on 28th of January 2025 at about 8:30pm organized a group suspected to be violence breeders went to ongoing construction site at Akyeremade own by Elder Doctor Bismarck Amoah,the leaders and founder of Bohye prayer center under the Church of Pentecost and destroyed some building materials such cement blocks among others worth hundreds of Ghana cedis.

Mr Seth is expected to reappear before court again on 17th February to face another charges,offensive conduct, unlawful entry,damage of Cement blocks threatened to kill his prediscesor,Hon Justice Baffour Awuah,the former Assembly member for the said area who is also renowned senior Journalist over alleged ongoing construction of Man hole within the vicinity.

It’s likely the court will remand him again,should he failed to accept guilty without any strong justification.

Mr Seth,on Wednesday,29th January 2025,he again went to the former Assembly member residence threatened Infront of one Chief inspector, Emmanuel Awelega that, “I swear heaven and earth that I will end your life and show your own blood to the public”.

He’s expected to face additional charges, including unlawful entry, threatening to kill and damage to property, when he reappears in court on February 17. If he fails to accept guilt without a strong justification, he may be remanded again.
