Ghanaians Praise Lawyer Andy Appiah Kubi for his Professionalism in handling Cases:

Mr Andy Appiah Kubi, the lawyer for Bernard Antwi-Boasiako (also known as Wontumi), the embattled Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has been receiving praise for his professionalism in handling the case.

Appiah Kubi denied allegations that his client, Wontumi, had gone on a hunger strike while in detention, contradicting claims made by Minority Chief Whip Frank Annoh Dompreh.

Appiah Kubi successfully negotiated bail terms for Wontumi, although a procedural snag arose due to a motion filed by another lawyer, Gary Nimako, to vary the bail conditions.
Professionalism,Appiah Kubi’s calm and strategic approach to the case has earned him widespread acclaim on social media, with many praising his professionalism and integrity.

Reference to his Previous Controversies, Appiah Kubi has been involved in other notable cases, including allegations of bribery attempts on NPP MPs who called for the removal of Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta. He cooperated with the Special Prosecutor’s office, providing details on the allegations.

Airbus Scandal Report,Appiah Kubi expressed disappointment with the Office of the Special Prosecutor’s handling of the Airbus bribery scandal investigation, criticizing the process as substandard and unsatisfactory.

Some notable comments about Appiah Kubi’s handling of the Wontumi case include,Praise for Professionalism, “this is a professional lawyer—stating facts and rightfully staying out of the politics and theatre.”

Andy Appiah-Kubi is a solid guy. I now understand why Justice Atuguba recommended him to be a future Justice of the Supreme Court.”

Lawyer Appiah Kubi’s approach to the Wontumi case has been seen as a rare example of dignity and competence in Ghanaian public life.

Meanwhile section of Ghanaians especially NPP Supporters who are more concerned involving Bernard Antwi Boasiako, the Ashanti regional chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), who is facing allegations are accusing his legal practitioner,Andy Appiah Kubi, of handling the situation tactically or politically rather than focusing solely on legal proceedings. This could imply that the case has political undertones or that Appiah Kubi’s approach is being scrutinized.
