Nyinahin, Ghana- Nyinahin Catholic Senior High School has received a significant morale and performance boost as preparations intensify for the upcoming inter-schools athletics competition slated for Kumasi next year.

Acting on behalf of the Member of Parliament for Atwima Mponua, Hon. Seth Osei-Akoto, Mr. Paul Obeng Agyeman on Tuesday presented assorted sports equipment to the school at the Nyinahin Sports Complex. The items were formally handed over to the school’s two sports masters to enhance training activities and adequately prepare the students for the competition.

The timely intervention is expected to greatly improve training sessions, sharpen athletic performance, and strengthen the school’s competitive edge as students prepare to represent both their institution and the Atwima Mponua Constituency on a larger platform.

This gesture further underscores Hon. Seth Osei-Akoto’s unwavering commitment to youth development, sports promotion, and talent nurturing within the constituency, particularly among second-cycle institutions.

Receiving the items, the sports masters expressed profound appreciation to the MP for the support, describing the donation as a strong motivation for students to pursue excellence not only in sports but also in their academic pursuits.

With renewed confidence and improved sporting resources, Nyinahin Catholic Senior High School is now well-positioned to mount a strong and competitive showing at the Kumasi inter-schools athletics competition next year.
