    Asaago Ampayoo Takes Charge: Assembly Member Leads Bold Road Fix to Crush Rising Insecurity

    The Assembly Member for the Asaago Ampayoo Electoral Area in the Atwima District, Hon. Nelson Boakye Yiadom, has launched a major community-led road reshaping project as part of a decisive plan to combat growing insecurity in the area.

    Hon. Boakye Yiadom, together with the unit committee members and residents of Wood Village and nearby communities, has begun improving key access routes that have long hampered security patrols and emergency response.

    Speaking in an interview, the Assembly Member said ensuring effective community security and motorable roads remains at the heart of his mandate. He stressed that better road networks are essential to protecting lives and enhancing socio-economic activities.

    Residents expressed heartfelt appreciation to the Assembly Member and his team for the timely intervention, describing it as a much-needed relief for the community.

    Meanwhile, Mr. Socrates Nii Okpoti Ayer, Nhyiaeso DRIPP Coordinator speaking on behalf of the ruling NDC government, praised the previous NPP administration for introducing the DRIP machines,an innovation he said continues to ease road maintenance challenges nationwide.
