NDC MAN PUNCHES NPP BAWUMIA OVER POOR PERFORMANCE:
The Deputy Communication Officer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Techiman South Constituency, BABA ISSAH (a.k.a Junior Sammy Gyamfi) has vehemently and unequivocally described the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) led by H.E NANA ADDO DANKWA AKUFFO ADDO and DR. MAHMUD BAWUMIA as a huge disgrace to Ghana and Ghanaians.
In an interview with ODEHYEBA NANA YEBOAH MICHAEL, host of ASTA FM’s Morning show and the Rep. of the Daily Searchlight Newspaper on Wednesday, the 22nd day of May 2024, the eloquent Deputy Communication Officer boldly intimated that he is highly surprised at the way and manner the NPP is treating some of its former die-hard apparatchiks.
Commenting on the arrest of HOPESON ADORYE, JUNIOR SAMMY GYAMFI indicated that he is very much surprised at the conduct of the ruling NPP, adding and questioning rhetorically that when some unscrupulous persons in Techiman vomited wild allegations against the PC elect of the NDC in Techiman South that the PC elect sponsored the ritual burying of a pregnant woman prior to the 2020 general elections, what became of it? Even after the NDC had officially reported the matter to the Police, nothing has been done about it. It is therefore a shock that, the mere mention of dynamite being fired in the Volta Region would lead to the arrest of HOPESON ADORYE. This is nothing but Political witch-hunt, share wickedness and shameless barbarism under the Akuffo Addo/Bawumia administration.
The Deputy Communication Officer therefore called for thorough investigations into the allegations of burying a pregnant woman, which allegation, the Member of Parliament for the Techiman South Constituency, MARTIN ADJEI MENSAH KORSAH also recklessly and ignorantly contributed to.
In concluding, the Deputy Communication Officer, BABA ISSAH called on the government and the Ghana Police Service, headed by the IGP to conduct investigations into the myopic allegations leveled against the PC elect of the NDC in the Techiman South Constituency by MARTIN ADJEI MENSAH KORSAH and his cohort political sparrows and this should be done immediately and not later.
