The Member of Parliament for Wasa Amenfi East Constituency, Hon. Nicholas Amankwah, popularly known as Home Boy, has once again demonstrated his deep commitment to both faith and community development by joining the Christ Apostolic Church International (C.A.C), Wasa Akropong Circuit, for the grand climax of their 2025 Prophetic Convention, also known as the Tarry Camp.

The spirit-filled gathering, which drew hundreds of worshippers and dignitaries, was held under the theme: “Protecting the Kingdom Building the Project.” It emphasized the importance of safeguarding the Christian faith while actively engaging in the social and infrastructural development of communities.

The convention was marked by powerful preaching, prophecy, worship, and thanksgiving, creating an atmosphere of renewal and spiritual awakening. The presence of Home Boy added to the significance of the event, as he is widely respected not only as a legislator but also as a humble son of the land who constantly identifies with the needs and aspirations of his people.

In his address, Hon. Amankwah encouraged the congregation to hold firmly to their faith and continue to play active roles in nation-building. He stressed that true development is only possible when spiritual and moral foundations are strong, adding that the church must remain a partner in driving both social and infrastructural transformation.

As a demonstration of his support, Home Boy made a generous cash donation and pledged bags of cement to aid the church’s ongoing projects. His gesture was met with thunderous applause and heartfelt prayers from the congregation, who described it as yet another proof of his genuine love for both God’s work and the community.

The leadership of the Christ Apostolic Church International expressed profound gratitude to the MP for his consistent support. They highlighted that his contributions would go a long way in advancing the church’s developmental agenda while serving as an inspiration to the youth and wider community.

Many congregants also shared their appreciation, noting that Home Boy’s presence and generosity reaffirm his image as a leader who not only talks about development but actively demonstrates it.

The 2025 Prophetic Convention (Tarry Camp) concluded on a high note, leaving worshippers spiritually empowered and hopeful about the future. With leaders like Hon. Nicholas Amankwah supporting both faith and development, the Wasa Amenfi East constituency continues to witness a blend of spiritual revival and tangible progress.
