KWADASO MP KINGSLEY NYARKO DONATES SEWING MACHINES TO FIVE BENEFICIARIES
Prof.Nyarko responds to residents’ appeals with support to strengthen local businesses and apprenticeships

The Member of Parliament for Kwadaso and former Deputy Minister for Education in charge of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET),Hon.Professor Kingsley Nyarko,has donated five sewing machines to 5 beneficiaries in the constituency as part of efforts to support local businesses and improve livelihoods.
The beneficiaries,who are engaged in sewing and related businesses,had earlier appealed to the MP for assistance to expand their operations,increase productivity and enhance their capacity to train apprentices.
Responding to the appeals,Prof.Nyarko presented the sewing machines to the beneficiaries to enable them to improve their businesses and create better working opportunities for young people undergoing apprenticeship training.
The initiative is expected to strengthen small-scale enterprises within the constituency while equipping beneficiaries with the tools needed to become more productive and financially self-reliant.
Prof.Nyarko,who has consistently advocated for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET),has emphasised the importance of practical skills development in preparing young people for employment and entrepreneurship.
The beneficiaries expressed appreciation to the MP for responding to their concerns,noting that the machines would help them increase production,serve more customers and provide improved training opportunities for their apprentices.
The donation forms part of Prof.Nyarko’s constituency-level interventions aimed at supporting skills development and strengthening the capacity of individuals and small businesses to contribute to the local economy.
The beneficiaries are expected to put the machines to productive use to expand their businesses,sustain their operations and provide practical training opportunities for apprentices within the Kwadaso community.
