    Mpakadan railway: the driver deserves more than 6 months jail – ALHAJI ABDUL AZIZ ISSAH

    The Ashanti Regional Chairman of  United Zongo for Bawumia, Alhaji Abdul Aziz Issah Temale has said the truck driver who jailed 6 months by the law court if the land deserves more years.

    The Truck driver called, Abel Dzidotor pleaded guilty to three counts of careless and reckless driving, unauthorized stopping, and unlawful damage , resulting in his conviction before the Court presided over by his lordship Prosper Deu-Love Gormashie.

    The accused person was fined GH¢1,200.00 in default for careless driving and also sentence six months imprisonment for hard labour.

    In an interview with, Alhaji Issah Temale,he suggested that, the accused person deserves to serve more than six months jail.

    Alhaji Aziz,Chairman for United Zongo for Bawumia made a humble appeal to substantive minister of Attorney -General and Justice Godfred Dame to review the case to be able to extend or double his term of imprisonment.
