NO SMOKE WITHOUT FIRE”,KEN WAS OFFERED SOMETHING HUGE BEFORE JOINING BAWUMIA CAMPAIGN-ADUM BAWUAH FIRES.

“NO SMOKE WITHOUT FIRE”,KEN WAS OFFERED SOMETHING HUGE BEFORE JOINING BAWUMIA CAMPAIGN-ADUM BAWUAH FIRES.

A leading member of Kennedy Agyapong’s campaign and a former aspirant of the chairmanship of the Ashanti Npp,Adum Bawuah has dealt a big blow to the credibility of Kennedy Agyapong in joining the campaign of Dr.Bawumia.

Speaking on Top Radio’s political show “The Final Point” hosted by Kwabena Owusu Agyeman-Governor,Adum Bawuah stated emphatically that there is “No Smoke Without Fire” and that he has heard that Ken received a big offer before joining the campaign of the Vice President.

According to Adum Bawuah,Ken never had any discussions with his team of which he is a leading member and that he Ken was in the US and only came from the US to join the campaign straight away.

Adum Bawuah is of the believe that Ken could not have gone to join the campaign straight away without a hefty and a juicy offer to him.

According to the former chairman aspirant, the Bawumia campaign team took the decision to do everything to bring Ken on Board to take part in their tour of the Ashanti region because a survey conducted by the National Security puts Bawumia in Ashanti region at 37%,John Mahama at 35% and Alan at 23% and that they needed someone in the person of Ken to shore up the numbers in the Ashanti region.

Bawuah makes the point that Ken is on his own and that some of them who followed him during the primaries will not join him on the campaign trail because of the vindictive nature of this current Npp led by President Akufo Addo and his Bawumia. He buttressed his point by saying that after the Presidential Primaries,he Adum Bawuah was made to place a call to the Presidency to call for Unity amongst the ranks and file and also urge Nana Addo to use the reshuffle as an opportunity to introduce more people from Ken’s camp who have been abandoned in the last 7years which decision fell on deaf ears.

Meanwhile Yaw Brenya aka Zito has also confirmed the view held by Adum Bawuah by distancing himself from the decision by Kennedy to join the Bawumia campaign.Speaking on Ambassador TV,Zito as he is affectionately called, advised all followers of Kennedy Agyapong to disregard his move and make a sound judgement in election 2024 as Ken himself told them that the Npp lost the 2024 elections in 2022 and that the Vice President cannot be trusted to lead the country.

Zito makes the point that the incoherent nature of the Veep’s policies makes it difficult for some of them to follow his politics and that of the Npp.

Latest polls conducted by Alpha Research Consult a leading research consult in the Kumasi Metropolis led by Dr.Richard Boampong puts Alan ahead of the polls in the Ashanti region with 48%,Dr.Bawumia at 22% ,John Mahama at 20%,Nana Kwame Bediako at 4% with the rest shared amongst others.
