    Residents Bemoan poor roads,Electricity Challenges,lack of Social infrastructure-Akwasiso:

    Residents of Manso Kumpese Akwasiso electoral area a farming community in the Amansie South District of Ashanti region are up in arms with the contractor who is responsible for the construction of concrete gutters at Manso Kumpese Akwasiso to facilitate movement of both goods and humans.

    In an interview with this medium,www.dailywaychgh.com the residents noted that,they find it difficult to travel in and out from the said communities.
    The current delapidated state of the road which according to them breeding more dust poses danger to their health.

     

    Speaking on their behalf,Hon Stephen Nsiah Kesse,the Assembly member for Kumpese Akwasiso electoral area together with his unit committee chairman,Kombact Solomon widely known as *sika gari* lamented that, the situation is negatively disturbing daily businesses which he appealed to the ruling National Democratic Congress to intervene quickly for amicable rectification.

    He indicated that, the contractor on the road has been abandoned the project with no reason or reasons.

    On their part,the effected residents, businessman and motorcycle drivers also expressed their worries that,the lorry accident have been rampant and get worse if the authorities fail to hear their cry. “We sometimes go to fitting shop more than three times a week due to the deplorable state of the road and humbly relying on the campaign promises made by the Mr Asiedu Nketia ,the national chairman of the governing NDC, quoted that: “we the NDC the them opposition party will provide Mansoman motorable road network should you vote us back to power in 2025.
