Death Of Patient Abandoned In A Bush At Gomoa Ojobi:Nothing Stops You From Making Arrest-COKA To IGP

Chairman Odeneho Kwaku Appiah, former NPP constituency chairman for Afigya Kwabre south in the Ashanti Region has indicated that nothing stops the IGP from making arrest as far as the death of patient abandoned in a bush at Gomoa Ojobi in the Central Region is of concerned.

According to him, the Ministry of health can set up a committee to investigate the cause of death but indicated further that, nothing stops the IGP from investigating or making arrest

Addressing the IGP on his Facebook wall this morning, COKA,affectionately called deduced that”Sir, if you are doing or you have done something, please update the country with your usual press statements.

Sir, this may be murder or manslaughter and it is a criminal offence. Notwithstanding the committee set up by Ministry of Health, when it comes to criminal offences, it is the mandate of the Police and no other institution to investigate and prosecute. Elsewhere abroad, killing of an animal is a serious offense, not to talk of a human being. Yesterday in London, a police officer was removed from frontline duty after an escaped calf was rammed by a police car. Ghana is trending for the wrong reasons so take action. For once, let’s not bring partisan politics into this serious matter. May the soul of the old woman rest in peace. Coka, l care .”It concluded
