DR ABROSO SUPPORTS GHANA ARMED FORCE,2ND INFANTRY BATTALION PROJECTS:
The Assembly member for the good people of Prestia Heman Electoral area of Prestia Huni-Varrey district in the Western Region if Ghana,Hon Dr Alex Baako widely known as Nana Abroso has single handedly provided financial assistance worth millions of Ghana cedis to support Ghana Armed Forces,Myohaung barracks,the 2nd Infantry Battalion (4BN) Takoradi.
The main aim for the assistance was to do his part as good citizen to curb several challenges affecting Ghana armed forces that impact their effectiveness and professionalism.
Speaking on his behalf,the head of Abroso media team,Mr Samuel Ofori Boateng made this known to the public in an encounter with this medium,www.dailywatchgh.com,he said one of his priorities is to help maintain Ghana’s position as one of the most stable democracies in Africa,having avoided much of the the political turmoil and security challenges that it’s West African neighbors have experienced.
According to him, “As a citizen,Nana Abroso has vowed to continue assist the government in steps to strengthen it’s response to security threats,such as terrorism,piracy,and cybercrime.
Highlighting on some key factors contributing to Ghana’s stability,he mentioned Strong Institutions such as judiciary, electoral commission are considered robust and independent.Promotion of Human Rights,Regional Cooperation, Ghana’s participation in regional security initiatives helps to promote stability in the sub-region.
