MTN Ghana has pledged to enhance its core services including Mobile Money, Data, and related offerings to deliver greater satisfaction to customers, communities, and partners.

Chief Corporate and Sustainability Services Officer, Madam Adwoa Afriyie-Wiafi, acknowledged recent customer concerns over service quality but assured that concrete measures are being rolled out to address them.

“These challenges will soon be a thing of the past. We are taking bold steps to ensure significant improvements in our services,” she said at the 2025 Media and Stakeholders Forum held at the Lancaster Hotel in Kumasi.

Adding his voice, Mr. Nii Adotey Mingle, General Manager for MTN Ghana’s Northern Business District, cautioned customers against carelessly sharing their MoMo PINs, likening them to sensitive bank account details. He further disclosed that MTN is developing a new anti-fraud application to clamp down on fraudsters.

“We are putting up an app that will help eliminate fraudsters from the system,” Mr. Mingle stressed.
