Nyinahin Catholic SHS Agriculture Club Makes Waves; School Leaders Engage MCE on Development Support

The District Chief Executive (DCE) for Atwima Mponua has in the past week hosted two separate delegations from Nyinahin Catholic Senior High School, highlighting both the school’s rising achievements and its developmental needs.

The first visit came from the Patron and members of the school’s Agriculture Club, who have qualified as finalists in the prestigious Best School Farm Award,Ashanti Region, organized by the Cosmos Innovation Center with support from the Mastercard Foundation. The DCE commended the students for their hard work and innovation, urging them to excel in the competition. He further pledged equipment to strengthen their cabbage cultivation project. In an inspiring show of gratitude, the Club presented part of their farm produce to the Assembly.

Later in the week, the Assistant Headteacher (Academic), the Senior House Master, and the School’s Accountant also paid a courtesy call on the MCE. Their mission was to officially thank the Assembly for its continuous support to the school while presenting fresh requests for assistance. The MCE, in response, assured them of his unwavering commitment to the school’s growth and overall development.
