DEMONSTRATION AGAINST SALT FM CLOSED DOWN AND THEIR CEO ALLEGEDLY WAS CALL FOR ARREST.

The youth of Agogo Asante Akim in Asanti Akim North of the Asanti Region has demonstrated over their incumbent member of parliament for allegedly behind the close down of Salt FM.

The CEO of the Salt Media GH, Ohene
Kwame Frimpong who has raised the flag to go as an independent candidate in Asanti Akim North .

The independent candidate launched his campaign this weekend which grabbed almost two thirds of the youth in Asanti Akim North.

Due to masses of the youth covered the main roads in the town. This has led to a call from above to arrest Ohene Kwame Frimpong for blocking all the roads for the campaign.

This has led the people in Asanti Akim North to do demonstrations against their MP Andy Appiah Kubi, allegedly knowing he is behind the banta.

Also salt FM which is owned by Kwame Frimpong has been closed down by the National Communication Authority (NCA) for not renewing their license since December.

This led the masses of the youth to demonstrate against their MP Andy Appiah kubi for allegedly behind all this happening.

Others are concerned that Andy Appiah Kubi fear Ohene Kwame Frimpong will use his media to campaign and win masses. That’s why he has called to close down the radio station and arrest the opponent candidate.
