Dear All,
Permit me to write a few words about this young but smart talented and innovative Member of Parliament for the good people of Dormaa East Constituency in the person of Hon. Paul Apraku Twum-Barimah.
I was introduced to Hon. Paul Twum-Barimah by my good learned friend Kwesi Botchway Junior. I never knew Hon. Paul Twum-Barimah anywhere but after meeting him, I can confidently say that he is one of the few genuine people in the New Patriotic Party currently who believe in grassroots development.
Even since I met Hon. Paul Twum-Barimah, I keep thanking God for connecting me to such a giver and a kind-hearted person like him. He is the only Member of Parliament I have known so far who believes in building up grassroots and always makes himself available for any problem presented to him.
I was shocked to visit his office four consecutive times and in each instance, he gave out an envelope just to express his appreciation for me coming to share my problems with him.
During my wedding last year, Hon. Paul couldn’t make it because my date was crushed with his nomination filing, and to my surprise, he sent me a very fat envelope to express his topmost support.
Again, my senior brother died 2 weeks before my wedding and the funeral comes off this Friday. I decided not to inform him due to his support for my wedding. I just received a momo alert with six figures and a message from him, saying “MIKI I couldn’t meet you due to my acclamation so I have sent you something for you to take care of the expenses. I have been speechless till now. I don’t know what I have done especially to make him show this kindness to me.
I would like to plead everyone reading this message to just say a word of blessing to Hon. Paul Twum-Barimah for me!
