DVLA introduces penalty system to control lawlines

The driver Vehicle and licensing  authority has introduced a penalty system deal drivers with expired licenses and roadworthy.

This system has come to stay forever and to control lawlines especially who drives with fake license and those who has no license but drives on our roads.

Information gathered by this medium,www.dailywatchgh.com reveals that,If you (a driver) fail to renew your license or roadworthy and it expires, you pay GH102.00 as a penalty.
You have the opportunity to renew your licenses or roadworthy a month before it expires.

If you travel, your car spoils, or it’s at a garage or a mechanic , kindly write an official letter to DVLA with your reasons.

Now everything is digitalized, all information is coded in the system

Per the request with the letter,
If approved by DVLA, the account will be temporarily held until you are back on the road.
Ask for a lay-off certificate in such a case to avoid penalties when your vehicle is decommissioned.
