Nabroso Group Boosts Education with Bags of Cement Donation to Anyinabirem Catholic School

    Assin Anyinabirem, Assin South District-Ghana

The Nabroso Group of Companies has reaffirmed its commitment to education by donating 100 bags of cement to the Anyinabirem Catholic Basic School in the Assin South District.

The gesture followed an appeal from Hon. Thomas Ayensu, Assembly Member for the Anyinabirem Electoral Area, who raised concerns over the school’s deteriorating infrastructure and the urgent need for support.

Presenting the items on behalf of the Group CEO, Hon. Alex Yaw Baako (Nana Abroso), and Mr. Collins Aboagye (Nana Two), the company’s Head of Media, Mr. Samuel Ofori Boateng, stressed Nabroso Group’s dedication to community development and the creation of a safe, conducive learning environment for children.

Traditional leaders and Hon. Ayensu praised the company for its generosity, recalling earlier interventions such as the provision of a mechanized borehole. They further appealed to government to complete the abandoned school block project started under the late Assin South DCE, Hon. Sabina Appiah-Kubi, lamenting the long-standing neglect of educational infrastructure in the area.

The Headmistress of Anyinabirem Catholic Basic School, Madam Rosemary Bentil, expressed deep gratitude to Nabroso Group for their timely intervention. She, however, appealed for additional support to renovate the school’s structures, which she described as being in a deplorable state.
