The Dormaa East constituency chairman of the New Patriotic Party (Npp), Alhaji Dauda has stated that the development of a country has no political colours hence the need to maintain a high sense of peace and unity among ourselves as we prepare for the December general election.

He urged Ghanaians to welcome the 2024 election results in good faith devoid of political affiliations that mostly result in tensions and chaos.

He noted that Ghana is a peaceful country and all must work hard to maintain the peace.

He cautioned that no one should make himselves available to be enticed by any political figure to cause havoc before, during and after the elections because “when you are caught, the laws of the country will will deal with you”
