KUMAWU MP ANIM LEADS THANKSGIVING SERVICE,PLEDGES MORE DEVELOPMENT FOR CONSTITUENCY
NPP MP urges newly elected executives to unite, forgive past differences as he inspects projects,commissions water facility and donates over GH¢50,000

The Member of Parliament for Kumawu Constituency,Hon.Ernest Yaw Anim, has called on the newly elected New Patriotic Party (NPP) constituency executives to embrace unity,humility and commitment as they assume responsibility for the affairs of the party.
Hon.Anim made the call during a thanksgiving service organised by the newly elected constituency executives at St. Vivian Catholic Church at Oyoko in the Kumawu District.
Addressing the congregation,the MP reminded the new executives that their election was not merely a recognition of their individual capabilities but a mandate to serve the party and its members at the constituency,regional and national levels.
He urged them to prepare themselves mentally and spiritually to withstand the challenges that could arise in the discharge of their responsibilities.
According to him,leadership comes with its own difficulties and the new executives must therefore demonstrate patience,tolerance and dedication in the interest of the party.
Hon.Anim also appealed to party members to put behind them disagreements and differences that may have emerged before, during and after the internal elections.
He stressed the need for reconciliation and unity, noting that the collective interest of the NPP should remain paramount.
The MP expressed satisfaction that the constituency executive elections ended without any major negative incident,describing the peaceful outcome as an opportunity for members to come together and strengthen the party.
MP Takes Development Agenda Beyond Thanksgiving
Following the thanksgiving service,Hon.Ernest Yaw Anim embarked on a tour of ongoing development projects across parts of the constituency.
He inspected a number of projects, including a CHPS compound and toilet facilities,while also supporting other development initiatives with a donation of over GH¢50,000.
The MP subsequently commissioned a water project at Bomang,bringing relief to residents who stand to benefit from improved access to potable water.
As part of the day’s activities, Hon.Anim visited more than seven communities within the constituency to interact with residents and assess ongoing development needs.
He assured the people of Sekyere Kumawu of his continued commitment to supporting projects and initiatives aimed at improving living conditions and promoting development across the constituency.
The activities combined thanksgiving,party reconciliation and community development,with the MP calling for continued cooperation among party members and residents to advance the development agenda of Kumawu.
