    DCE,MP donates to Farmers in Kwahu East District:

    As we all aware, agriculture the backbone of country’s thus Ghana’s economy.Agriculture alone contributes seventy percentage of 70% of our economy,the District Chief executive for Kwahu East District of Eastern region,hon Isaac Agyapong together with hon Bryan ACHEAMPONG,minister of Agriculture have donated farm imputes to Farmers in the area.

    Farming items includes, Warranty Boots,Weedicides and cutlasses.

    In an interview with this medium,www.dailywatchgh.com,hon Isaac Agyapong,the DCE for Kwahu East District entreated farmers to see farming as lucrative Business and not punishment.

    According to hon Isaac Agyapong,the purpose for the distribution of items is part of governing New Patriotic Party-NPP effort to improve the living conditions of the people of Kwahu Easy District.
    In attendance were,Hon Assembly members,the presiding member Hon Baafour Yeboah Asuamah, Nananoom and other supporters.

    In response,the beneficiaries expressed their profound appreciation to the NPP government for supporting them with the imputes.

    The beneficiaries again used the opportunity and respectfully appealed to the ruling NPP to still come to their aid with more financial and physical support such as Spraying machine and other pesticide to fight away all kind of pests that destroy crops.
