Honourable Alex Yaw Baako widely known as Nana Abroso Assembly member for Himan electoral area in the Prestea huni-valley municipal of the western region has called on the general public especially,media practitioners across the country to be circumspect in their reportage despite their ethnic,party or religious affiliation.They should be careful and cautious in one’s words and actions, often in order to avoid offense or risk and more importantly not allow themselves to be used by politicians to achieve their interest.
Addressing the media at a press conference,Hon Alex Baako who is also a renowned businessman and philanthropist urged practitioners to be more professionals by educate, entertain and disseminate nothing but accurate information to the public through various channels.
Hon Abroso reminded them to see journalism as a noble profession and refrain from any act that can jeopardize peace that we are all enjoying in the country.
