Ink of a Nation’s Grief: Parliament Opens Condolence Book for Helicopter Crash Victims

Ghana’s Parliament has opened its doors to the nation in a solemn call to unity and remembrance after the tragic helicopter crash that claimed eight distinguished lives, including two Ministers of State.

Led by Speaker Rt. Hon. Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin, a Book of Condolence has been placed in the foyer of Parliament House, inviting citizens, State Officials, and Members of Parliament to express their grief, share tributes, and stand with the bereaved families.

The condolence book will be accessible Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for anyone wishing to pen a message of sympathy.

Parliament says the gesture reflects Ghana’s collective sorrow and determination to honour the memory of those whose service left an indelible mark on the nation.
