The Deputy Ashanti Regional Police Commander in charge of Operations,ACP Kwame Somian, has called on the general public, particularly residents of the Ashanti Region,to strengthen their support for the Ghana Police Service in the fight against crime and other security challenges.

He made the call at Maase in the Afigya Kwabre South District during a sod-cutting ceremony for the construction of an ultra-modern district police station.
