MTN Ghana has once again stamped its authority in corporate governance and stakeholder engagement, sweeping four coveted titles at the 2025 Investor Relations Leadership Awards Africa, held at the Kempinski Hotel in Accra on Friday, August 29.

Organised by the Governance and Business Boardroom, the awards recognised MTN Ghana’s outstanding leadership in transparency, accountability, and investor communication. The telecom giant walked away with:

Chief Finance Officer, Antoinette Kwofie, described the recognition as a clear endorsement of the company’s unwavering commitment to openness and value creation.

“These awards are a reflection of our dedication to transparency, accountability, and excellence in everything we do. They highlight the tireless efforts of our finance and investor relations teams, and the collective drive of MTN staff to create lasting value for our shareholders,” she said.

She dedicated the victories to shareholders, adding:

“To our cherished shareholders, thank you for your trust and belief in us. Your confidence is what drives us to continuously raise the bar.”

Setting the Benchmark in Investor Relations
