Perfect Series CEO Applauds Exceptional Student Performances as Top Schools Gear Up for High-Stakes Finals

The excitement surrounding the 3rd edition of the Perfect Series Basic Schools Assessment Contest (PSBSAC) continues to build, as the Chief Executive Officer of Perfect Series Publications, Pastor Philip Sarpong, has forecasted a fiercely competitive northern sector final following remarkable semi-final performances.

According to Pastor Sarpong, the level of brilliance, confidence, and preparation displayed by contestants in the semi-finals signals a new era of academic excellence among basic school students in Ghana.

Six outstanding schools have secured their spots in the northern sector finals:O.A Legacy International (Feyiase), Unique Educational Complex, Eldia Montessori School, Reverence Preparatory School, Bosomtwe STEM Academy, and Konadu Educational Complex.

O.A Legacy International reaffirmed their dominance by emerging winners of the semi-final contest held on Thursday, 26th March 2026, successfully maintaining their reputation as defending champions of the northern sector.

The upcoming finals, scheduled for Wednesday, 1st April 2026, promise intense competition, as all qualifying schools have demonstrated exceptional capability and determination. The top three schools from the northern sector will proceed to face their counterparts from the southern sector in what is expected to be a thrilling national contest.

In addition to prestige, the stakes are high, with the ultimate winner of the northern sector set to receive a cash prize of GHC 6,000, along with other awards and recognition packages.
Speaking ahead of the finals, Pastor Sarpong expressed both surprise and admiration at the standard of performance witnessed so far.

“The dynamics have truly changed. The students have shown remarkable improvement, and their performances reflect a promising future not only for themselves but for the country as a whole,” he noted.

He further emphasized the importance of the PSBSAC initiative in shaping young minds, encouraging academic discipline, and promoting healthy competition among schools.

“This platform continues to uncover and nurture the immense potential in our students. The finals will undoubtedly showcase excellence, teamwork, and intellectual strength at the highest level,” he added.

As anticipation builds, all eyes are now on the northern sector finals, where talent, hard work, and determination will collide in a contest that celebrates the very best of basic education in Ghana under the Perfect Series brand.
