    Chief breaks ground for construction of ultra – modern market complex at Senfi

    The chief of Senfi Adumasa,Nana Amankwaah kodom ll, has cut sod to begin the construction of ultra – modern complex at Senfi
    in Bekwai municipality of the Ashanti Region.

    The project is expected to be completed within 3 months time.

    The construction of the market project will include 50 lockable stores, a paved station car park, and a washroom facility.

    Speaking to the media at the grounds breaking today, the chief explained that there was a need for a new market facility to replace the old one which had deplored over the years. He called for the support of the senfi residents to hasten the new market’s construction.

    The construction of the modern markets had become necessary because of the deplorable state of the old one, which was built over 20 years ago.

    “I appeal to the residents of senfi to support the contractor to ensure that the project is completed on time.”

    He reminded the contractor to speed up the work to ensure that the contract is completed on stipulated schedule.”

    On their part , some market women also expressed their deepest appreciation to their Chief Nana Amankwaah kodom ll for the timely intervention.
