Breaking news; Ghana’s Vice President Flown Abroad For Medica Treatment:


Reliable information emanating from the of the President of Ghana indicates that Vice President Jane Nana Opoku-Agyemang has been flown abroad for medical treatment due to a sudden illness. According to Hon. Felix Ofosu Kwakye,(MP), Spokesperson to the President and Minister, Government Communication,the Vice President initially received treatment at the University of Ghana Medical Center on Saturday. She was on admission for medical on Friday, 28th March 2025 immediately after baged from work.

However, based on medical experts’ advice, she was flown abroad for intensive care due to her critical condition.

It’s worth noting that this is not the first time a high-ranking Ghanaian or African official has been flown abroad for medical treatment. In 2017, former Nigerian Vice President Alex Ekwueme was also flown abroad for medical treatment.
