Kudus on target as West Ham lose seven goal thriller against Newcastle

Ghana’s Mohammed Kudus registered his 7th league goal of the season for West Ham United in their exciting seven goal thriller against Newcastle United on Saturday.

The left footed forward, scored on the stroke of halftime to give the Hammers a 2-1 lead.

Kudus then set up Jarrod Bowen, three minutes after the break, as West Ham took a two goal lead with the score 3-1.

However, Newcastle fought back brilliantly with Harvey Barnes bagging a brace, including the winner to complete a shocking 4-3 comeback win for the Magpies.

Anthony Gordon got sent off late into the game, but Eddie Howe’s side held on for victory.

The defeat keeps West Ham in 7th place on the table, with Kudus taking his overall tally this season to 13 goals.
