Feed Ghana Project Thrives in Sekyere Kumawu Districts

The Sekyere Kumawu District Assembly recently played host to Hon. Gordon Asubonteng, Deputy Coordinator of the Feed Ghana initiative, in a visit that proved to be highly successful. During his visit, Hon. Asubonteng engaged in a productive meeting with Hon. Akwasi Amankwaa, the District Chief Executive.
The discussion centered on the progress, achievements, and challenges of the Feed Ghana Project in the district. The project has been making significant strides in enhancing food production and sustainability in Sekyere Kumawu. Hon. Amankwaa reaffirmed the Assembly’s commitment to supporting farmers and ensuring the project’s lasting impact on livelihoods.
The meeting underscored the importance of collaboration between the government, local stakeholders, and farmers in achieving improved agricultural productivity and food security. As part of the visit, Hon. Asubonteng and Hon. Amankwaa inspected senior high schools, including Tweneboah Kodua Senior High and Dadease Agric Senior High, to encourage the agriculture departments.
