ATWIMA MPONUA DISTRICT ASSEMBLY TO COMMISSION NEW KOTOKUOM R/C KG BLOCK

The Atwima Mponua District Assembly has officially announced plans to commission the newly completed Kotokuom R/C Kindergarten (KG) Block, marking a major milestone in the district’s drive to strengthen early childhood education infrastructure.

The commissioning ceremony, scheduled to take place at Kotokuom, is expected to attract traditional leaders, assembly members, education authorities, parents, and residents from the community and its surrounding areas.

According to the Assembly, the completion of the Kotokuom R/C KG Block forms part of a broader strategic agenda to improve access to quality basic education and create a more conducive teaching and learning environment for young children within the district.

The modern facility is anticipated to reduce classroom congestion, enhance effective learning delivery, and provide a safer and more child-friendly environment for pupils at the foundational stage of education.

Residents of Kotokuom and neighbouring communities have been encouraged to attend the ceremony in their numbers to show support for the Assembly’s development agenda and its commitment to advancing education across the district.

The Assembly reaffirmed its resolve to continue investing in impactful projects aimed at securing a brighter future for children and accelerating the socio-economic development of the district.
