Honour NPP By Voting For Dr Bawumia-Ghana’s Chief Of Staff Appeals

Madam Akosua Frema Osei Opare, Chief of Staff at the Presidency has appealed to the public to vote for Dr Mahamodu Bawumia, the flag-bearer of  the New Patriotic Party (NPP) on December 7 if they’ve benefited from any of the policies the government has since 2017 introduced.

Speaking to market queens, traders and hawkers at the Bantama Race course on Tuesday during the commissioning of some newly built sheds for traders at the arena, Madam Opare said the NPP had delivered human centered policies that had turned the fortunes of every Ghanaian home around positively.

She noted that, the free SHS policy was to ensure that traders keep their monies in their pockets and have some easiness in their lives.

“You all know that previously we as parents were using our life savings to educate our wards at the SHS but due to the free SHS policy introduced by the NPP government of Nana Addo and Dr Bawumia every parent has had some respite as we can now educate our wards at SHS at no cost to us”, the Chief of Staff noted.

Commendation:
The Chief of Staff commended the Asantehene and the Queen of Asante, Nana Kondau Yiadom for helping the traders at Race Course to have a place to sell.

She also thanked the market queens especially Nana Afua Kyeiwaah, for standing on her grounds to ensure that all traders who came to the Race course from other markets had some place to display their items and to sell.

Madam Frema, however, urged the traders to show appreciation to the NPP government for seeking their welfare by voting for Dr Mahamodu Bawumia as President and the party’s parliamentary candidates as Members of Parliament on December 7.

“You’ve all through your market queens admitted that the NPP as a government has put race course in good shape and allowed your trading activities to go on smoothly and for us the best appreciation you would have to show us is to vote for Dr Mahamodu Bawumia as President and the party’s parliamentary candidates as MPs in the places you vote on December 7”, the first female Chief of Staff of Ghana appealed.

Kumasi Mayor:
Speaking at the event, Hon Samuel Pyne, the Mayor for Kumasi thanked the Chief of Staff for supporting the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA) to put the race course in good shape.

He also appealed to the traders to vote for Dr Bawumia so that works the Assembly and the Chief of Staff have began in the market arena could continue.

Regional Women’s Organiser:
Nana Ama Ampomah, the Ashanti Regional Women’s Organiser for the NPP commended the Chief of Staff for prioritising the needs of women since attaining such high office in Ghana 🇬🇭.

Madam Ampomah therefore encouraged the traders to vote for Dr Bawumia to show their appreciation to the Chief of Staff who has shown so much kindness to them.

Appreciation:
Nana Afua Kyeiwaah, Race Course Market Queen lauded the Chief of Staff for coming to the aid of the traders every time they have had to call on her for assistance.

She recalled how timely the support from the Chief of Staff had been following two devastating fire 🔥  outbreaks that swept through the market arena in 2023 and 2024.

The Market Queen also thanked the Chief of Staff for constructing the new sheds for them at the market and promised that the traders and hawkers would honour the NPP on December 7.

“Madam Frema you and the NPP have treated traders of this market arena very well and on December 7 we will also show our appreciation to you by voting for Dr Bawumia and NPP Parliamentary candidates so that we can continue to enjoy the kindness you show to us”, the Market Queen assured.
